Delete your data

In the dashboard, select the bin icon next to a list. Deleting a list removes its gifts and disables its existing public link, but does not delete your account.

Deleting your account removes the authentication account, its lists and gifts, reservation tokens stored in the database, and the record of terms acceptance. You will then be signed out and local Wantilo data will be cleared from this browser.

Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period under provider procedures or legal obligations. Independent controllers, such as a payment provider once enabled, meet their own retention obligations.

If you cannot sign in to the dashboard, write from the address associated with the account to kontakt@wantilo.com. We will request only proportionate proof of identity.
