Wantilo terms

Wantilo lets adult organisers create gift lists and share them by link. A guest can mark a gift as reserved without creating an account. A reservation is not a purchase, sale agreement or payment; Wantilo does not sell gifts or transfer funds between users.

The organiser signs in through a one-time email link. When creating an account, the organiser confirms they are an adult and accepts the current terms. A list link is access information: anyone who has it may pass it on. The organiser is responsible for sharing the link reasonably.

Users may add only lawful content that they are entitled to use. Do not publish special-category personal data, identity documents, content that infringes another person's rights or malicious links. A list for a child must be created and managed by an adult; Wantilo does not offer children's accounts.

We use due care to keep reservation statuses current, but operation may be temporarily disrupted by network or provider failures. Users should check the status after a message reporting an uncertain result. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

An organiser may delete a list or account. Complaints can be sent to kontakt@wantilo.com with a description of the issue and the expected resolution. We will respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days.

A one-off “virtual coffee” is voluntary paid support for Wantilo development and does not provide extra features. The user chooses an amount in PLN that includes 23% VAT, and Stripe processes the payment on its own website. Wantilo remains the service provider and party to the transaction. This is not a charitable collection or payment for a gift from a list. Wantilo does not automatically store the payment status. For a refund, write to kontakt@wantilo.com; we will consider the request under applicable law.

We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes to these terms. Continued use that requires acceptance of a new version will be preceded by clear information.
